Random stuff

I just got back form lunch at Mad Mex and boy am I full. I usually get the soup and taquitos combo but I decided to do the quesadilla and soup combo today. I couldn't believe what a deal the lunch combo is - for $7 I get soup and a quesadilla. The quesadilla on its own is $8.25 - so I save a bunch doing the combo - and yes, you do get the same size quesadilla in the combo as a stand alone one.


I was almost pelted with shattering bricks and stone on my way into my building as it was being thrown out the 4th (I think) floor window onto the sidewalk below. Fun stuff.

The stairwell up to the 2nd floor smells like sex, nasty sex.

It is too hot out and there are crazy kids playing football on Buckley Green when I don't even want to walk.

Well, work calls, my boss has waited till the Galleys are past due to even start them so now I have to rush to enter the changes, check them over,a dn send them on.

I love my job.


Oh, I found out that the GREs are going to waived for my grad school application because my undergrad GPA was high enough. Woohoo!!!
